Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days

Items may be returned for a refund based on the following:

Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, and stain free.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on the order’s tracking number. Should an item be returned after this time frame it will not be accepted, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to have the order returned to you.

If there are any errors in your order, please provide notification within 4 days of receipt of the item.

If a different size is needed, promptly place a new order before the item sells out.
